Required columns: Country Airport Name Airport Code · then one column per band: 30+/kg, 50+/kg, 100+/kg … · every service can use its own bands, and adding one (e.g. 1000+/kg) needs no code change. Sea sheets may use CBM bands or a single Rate per CBM column.

Quoting Rules — both on by default

Bill a minimum quantity below the lowest band. This master publishes nothing under 30 kg, so a 12 kg shipment is billed as 30 kg at the 30+ rate. Untick to bill the actual 12 kg instead. Apply weight-break advantage. Where declaring up to the next break is cheaper — 95 kg to Dubai costs less declared as 100 kg — the lower figure is quoted. Untick to always use the published rate for the shipment's own band.
